D.C. United Residential ID Camp

D.C. United and the Calverton School are hosting a 2-day identification session for soccer players interested D.C. United's Academy and their Residential Progam for the 2018/2019 academic year. In partnership with the Calverton School, D.C. United's Academy will offer a five-day and seven-day residential program for domestic and international players, while also providing flexible academic schedules to local talent to allow for morning and afternoon training sessions. The program is in place to attract and nurture aspiring professional players.


WHO: Birth Years 2005 - 2001 (Grades 8 - 11)
WHEN: May 24th - May 25th
WHERE: The Calverton School - 300 Calverton School Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639
What to Bring?  Proper Training Attire, Cleats, Clothes for multiple days and a Water Bottle
Cost of ID Session: $60 (per player)


 

Daily Itinerary 

Thursday, May 24th

9:00 AM: Check-In
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Session I
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch (each family must bring their own)
12:45 PM - 1:30 PM: Tour of School/Houses by Calverton Admission Staff
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Session II
3:30 PM: Depart

Friday, May 25th

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Session III
10:30 AM - Final Remarks and Departure


What Happens Next?  The Calverton School and D.C. United's staff will assess the academic and player qualities of the applicant and will inform the applicant if they are accepted into the program within 4 weeks.
